Introduction
I am a Theatre Educator and Performer preparing to relocate to Belgium, with over two decades of experience in acting, musical theatre, and pedagogical practice.
My work stands at the intersection of performance, research, and education, shaped by international training and a long-term commitment to helping young artists develop a grounded, expressive, and adaptable artistic instrument.
I have taught students aged 12 to 20 in various artistic and educational contexts, guiding them through the fundamentals of acting, improvisation, voice–body integration, and the creative process.

THE WILLOW METHOD
My teaching is built on a clear methodology — the Willow Method — a structured, research‑based approach that balances technique and imagination, precision and play, structure and freedom. Its core principle is expressed in the Latin triad:
Radica – Adapta – Florere
Root – Adapt – Flourish
A philosophy that encourages students to build strong foundations, remain flexible, and grow authentically.
The Basic Toolkit for Acting
adapta
A foundational course focused on attention, presence, imagination, voice–body integration, improvisation, and action-building. Designed for both beginners and experienced students, it provides the essential tools of the actor’s craft.

Theatre History
radica
A cultural and artistic journey through major theatre movements and key personalities, enriched by a personal archive of unique photo and video materials gathered throughout my international travels.

The Art of Acting
florere
An intermediate-to-advanced course exploring scene work, character development, creative processes, and contemporary acting techniques. Students learn to transform impulses into clear, expressive actions.

You cannot force a flower to bloom, but you can nurture the environment that allows it to flourish
The Courses I Propose
Professional Background

LUDI Club was a creative private laboratory where I combined theatre play, improvisation, and pioneering VR pedagogy to help young people explore confidence, spontaneity, and their own personal timbre. Working as facilitator, coordinator, curator, and documentarian, I guided the group through a process that grew into a supportive creative community and even inspired a small exhibition at the local museum.

My Theatre Projects in Public Education
Over three years of institutional teaching, I created three large-scale theatre projects — two of them developed within one of Romania’s oldest National Colleges — guiding students through a rigorous process that blended ensemble work, movement, and creative authorship. Alongside these productions, I led my groups to national festivals and developed a two‑edition high‑school theatre festival, turning pedagogical practice into a space of shared creation and public celebration.
